When activity occurs in our internal CRM — a new client deal, a stage change, a lead assignment — the responsible team member receives a short text alert.This program is for Helm Digital personnel only.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages through it, we do not enroll customers or members of the public, and we never purchase or import phone numbers from any outside source.

Program description
‍The Helm Digital Internal Notification Program sends operational alerts about internal CRM activity to Helm Digital staff and contractors who have opted in. Messages are transactional and operational only. No marketing or promotional content is sent through this program.

‍Who can enroll
‍Only current employees and contractors of Helm Digital. Numbers are collected one at a time through the form above. We do not import, buy, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers from any third party, and we do not enroll anyone who has not personally submitted the form.

‍How to opt in
‍Submit the form above with the consent box checked. The consent box is not pre-checked and the form cannot be submitted without it. You will then receive one confirmation message from (207) 250-5824.

‍Message frequency
‍Message frequency varies with CRM activity. Recipients typically receive about 5 messages per week.CostMessage and data rates may apply. Helm Digital does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

‍How to opt out
‍Reply STOP to any message from this program to be unsubscribed immediately. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START to resubscribe.

Numbers collected here are used solely to deliver the internal notifications described above.
