BrightBuilt Home designs and builds sustainable modular homes in Maine. It needed a website as thoughtful as the homes it showcases, and one that would actually support the sales process.
Our Vernacular team rebuilt the site on a new platform and created a category and filtering system for the full design catalog. We connected the site to the company's CRM to streamline lead management, then added advertising and conversion tracking to support growth campaigns.
The portfolio itself needed work too. We renamed every design after Maine islands and bodies of water, creating a consistent naming system that is easier for buyers to browse and better for search. Each design got its own page with downloads, build details and full specifications.
We also supported BrightBuilt during a national TV feature, helping it turn the extra attention into stronger positioning as a leader in sustainable, high-performance homes.
