Bowley Builders
An expanded brand system and mobile-first website for a generational custom home builder serving southern Maine.
Bowley Builders is a family-owned company building custom homes across southern Maine, from Kittery to Brunswick, now led by the second generation. During an especially busy stretch, the team wanted a web presence that would keep attracting top clients.
Our Vernacular team expanded the existing brand rather than replacing it. We broadened the logo system for use across the website and other materials, added a lighter green and a darker blue to the three-color palette, introduced a striped octagonal pattern that suggests transparency and strength, and chose a clean sans serif for the web.
The redesigned website is modern and mobile-first, with full-screen navigation and large images that let the craftsmanship speak. It shows both the quality of Bowley's homes and the care of a family business that builds them to last.
